You and two friendly guides (well, one not-so-friendly) adventure into a strange zone. You're looking for something - someone, even. Will you find what you look for? You don't know. You don't really know what you want anymore. It's hard to think about. You don't think you're supposed to look like this.

Content warnings: This game covers themes of grief. It has somewhat implied alcoholism, shaky screens, and a scene of a character drowning. It also has a song that can be considered loud and disorientating to some players. Take care and don't play this if you can't handle it, and turn down your volume through the settings menu in case of the song.

Contains 2 endings, average 25 minutes-ish playtime (depending on reading speed).

note from Crow: Hi! This is my first time working on a visual novel in an official capacity (unless you count opening the renpy tutorial and staring at it for a while) and it was super fun. Is it the best thing ever? no. there's alot I'd improve, especially the music and backgrounds. I was practically going as fast as i could without injuring my arm. but man we had a handful of days to make this and where I live had a heatwave. we don't have AC because it's supposed to be cold and miserable and wet. its good when you consider I was melting for a portion of it. and the fact we're just 2 guys working on this with like. lives and stuff. hope you can enjoy despite the jank !!

maybe one day we can make an improved cool revamp version without the limits of a game jam and with extra cool stuff like bg art made in 15 minutes instead of 10. don't count on it though

hii it's Anri!!! I'm not exactly the best programmer (dunno if you could tell or not- I've only ever made simple stuff with renpy) and this project took me a lil while to get the hang of, but I'm really happy with the end result!

visual novels are one of my favorite mediums of storytelling and I love what the kids these days call "doomed yuri" so of course I had to drag Crow to make a game with me as soon as I saw the perfect theme for it

though I had some mishaps along the way I had lots of fun making this game overall!! I hope you all have fun watching spider go through the horrors <3
